You may use this website to learn about One Estimating and submit legitimate business inquiries. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or malicious files, use the forms for spam, misrepresent your identity or authority, or reproduce the website for a competing or deceptive purpose.

Information is not a project estimate

General website content explains estimating concepts and services but is not a project-specific estimate, bid, quote, professional design opinion, legal opinion, or purchasing instruction. Costs and construction requirements vary by documents, location, date, market, logistics, scope, and many other conditions.

Quote requests and turnaround

Submitting plans or a form does not create a service agreement and does not confirm a fee or delivery date. One Estimating reviews the request before confirming scope, price, deliverables, timing, and any project-specific terms. Typical turnaround can be 12–24 hours, depending on project size, scope, complexity, plan completeness, and current workload; this is not a promise that every assignment will be delivered in that period.

Your files and instructions

You represent that you have authority to share submitted plans, specifications, links, templates, rates, quotations, and project information. You remain responsible for confirming that the correct and complete drawing issue, addenda, scope, deadlines, and instructions have been supplied. Do not submit malware, restricted information you cannot lawfully share, or credentials through the form.

Estimating limitations

Estimates and takeoffs are developed from the agreed documents, information, assumptions, and pricing basis. They do not guarantee final supplier or subcontractor prices, field conditions, code approval, design completeness, project cost, bid success, or profitability. The client remains responsible for reviewing the deliverable, obtaining current market coverage, evaluating commercial terms, and making final bid, purchasing, and construction decisions.

Intellectual property

The One Estimating name, supplied logo, website design, original copy, graphics, and source material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred by allowing website access. Project deliverable ownership and permitted use are governed by the applicable project agreement.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to FormSubmit, regional brand websites, file-sharing platforms, email, telephone, and other third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and policies are controlled by their operators. A link does not create a guarantee or endorsement beyond the visible context.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. One Estimating does not warrant uninterrupted access or that general website content will fit every project. To the extent permitted by applicable law, One Estimating is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from website use.

Changes and governing terms

These website terms may be updated by posting a revised version and date. Project proposals or agreements control over these general website terms where they expressly conflict. Applicable governing-law and dispute provisions may be included in the signed project agreement.
