Information you provide
When you call, email, submit a contact form, or request a quote, One Estimating may receive contact details, company and role information, project names and locations, project type and size, requested services and trades, deadlines, instructions, plan links, drawings, specifications, addenda, and other files or messages you choose to provide.
Only submit project information and files that you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other information that is not needed to evaluate the estimating request.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm scope and delivery, perform requested estimating work, communicate about revisions or questions, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
Forms and FormSubmit
The website sends contact and plan-upload forms through FormSubmit to ask@oneestimating.com. FormSubmit’s reCAPTCHA and spam controls remain enabled. Form submissions, attachments, and related technical information are therefore processed by FormSubmit as an outside service before the message reaches One Estimating. Review FormSubmit’s own policies before submitting sensitive project material.
The form limits combined attachments to 10 MB. A permission-controlled share link or direct email can be used for larger files. Do not place access credentials in the form.
Analytics and technical data
The source code can load Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager only after a verified measurement ID is configured by the site operator. No analytics ID is included by default. If enabled, analytics may record page views, device and browser information, approximate location, referral information, and events such as telephone, email, upload, form, sample-download, and regional-site link interactions.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by hosting, email, file-sharing, spam-prevention, analytics, and professional service providers as needed to operate the website and respond to the request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction. One Estimating does not state that it sells personal information.
Retention and security
Business and project information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, project performance, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards should be used, but no email, upload form, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit a web form and may contact One Estimating by telephone instead. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and applicable business or legal retention needs.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children, and the forms are not intended for submission by anyone under 18.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as website practices or service providers change. The current version and update date will remain posted on this page.
